I have bad mechanics and I was wondering if you could tell me some good mechanics about pitching. I throw 69 to 72 mph hour and I was wondering what some good tips are on good mechanics to boost velocity. e.g. hip power and stuff

This year I batted a little over .600 out of about 60 at bats. We had a 17 game season and batted in almost every game. Im not asking if this average is good, but is it enough to start to get any scouts eyes early on. Because this was only my freshman year I know it would be a long shot but it would be great to get a few scouts interest. I also throw about 76-80 and have a well above average spiked curve and slider and im developing a change that hopefully will be ready for the season. I catch also which is what I have been playing for 10 years. This was only my first year pitching so it has been new to me and hopefully I can develop better technique. Thats basically a quick outline of my season, but anyone have any input on wether or not I could be getting looked at any time soon, or if I should try to get noticed by playing a higher division of legion or AAU. I'm 13 and play cricket for Emerald in Under 15's in a country league in the Pakenham region in Victoria Australia, and i just wanted to hear some invoice into how i bat really well in the nets (smack and time every ball practically) strokefully of course, i'm no slogger! anyway.. and when i go out to bat for my team in a real game situation i find it really bloody hard to score runs and time the ball.. i regularly get 4's and 5's, i mean i can stay in for ages 20 - 30 overs but not get enough runs, it's really quite frustrating, can someone please help me out?
by the way i have a great technique so that's not the problem (not being up myself) i was taught by the best! (my Dad) lol
The pressure that is put on my finger when I pitch has caused my nail to dig into my finger causing it to swell up and bleed. What should I do about this?
