change your stance...this is how you do it
jump (don't be specific...when you land...your legs should be about shoulder length apart...this should be how wide your stance is)
door knocking knuckles, make sure your knuckles line up
hand & bat placement: if your bat is way behind your head...it's called wrapping around your head. make sure you don't do this. Bat speed is the most important thing in hitting. And wrapping the bat around takes too much time
Your hands are a big factor. if your hands are up, you'll probably hit ground balls, if your hands are down, you'll hit pop ups.
WAIT ON THE BALL. Don't be overanxious. if you're out in front...sure you'll make contact, but it will stay in the infield. This means you're using 60% of your batspeed. you're cheating yourself out of power. if you get it in the middle of your body...you'll be using 100% of your bat speed, this creates home runs.
Use both eyes. Most hitters make the mistake of using just one eye. Turn your head to where you have a clear picture of the pitcher.
While in the cages or anywhere swinging, focus on getting power from your legs. If you're knees are not burning, you're doing it wrong.
watch the pitchers release....this is a bonus. The best batters know what the pitcher is throwing and where the pitch is going because they notice where the pitcher's hands are and how he is throwing it. The only pitch this does not work for is the knuckle ball.
Batting cages. weight training. Weight training can help you improve your muscles and the batting cages will help you get your contact and power and you'll see the ball better
Keep practicing..it might seem like it's taking forever but keep practicing
Get an old broom stick and some practice golf balls (the plastic ones). This will help your hand eye coordination. I used to have the same problem until a coach told me this and this helped me more than anything else i have tried. Plus you can do this in any yard no matter how small.
weight lifting (curls, tricep, etc)
batting cages
or hitting off a tee into a net
Try taking lessons or going to a camp. Batting cages, or use mini baseballs if you can get someone to pitch to you. That way if you can see a small baseball, you'll see a large one and hit better. Try Dick Sporting Goods out for equipment like that.
Batting cages
ya just take a bat and swing it with one hand and keep doing that for a little while then go to a batting cage and put it at the speed thats average for pitchers your age that will help you catch up and strengthen up
go to the gym and build upper body strength and then go to the batting cages and practice. The gym will make you able to hit the ball further.
