what is the difference between a muay thai rounhouse kick and a tae kwon do roundhouse kick?
i know that the muay thai roundhouse kick hits like a baseball bat because of its technique, but what is the main difference between the two kicks? i believe that tae kwon dos rounhouse kick has the snap in it and has a late rotation in the hips, while the muay thai more or less swings the kick into the ribs. please correct me if im wrong?

Generally, TKD kicks are done with an obvious chamber, with most of the power coming from the thigh muscle when the foot snaps out.
In MT, the kicks are performed with a full-body swing, and if you miss you keep spinning around. They're a bit more telegraphic but also pack more of a punch.
muay thai you kick with the shin, and is more powerful because your swinging your whole body into the kick.
